Marriage after eAPR - Modify Family Information

Hi guys,

I got my eAPR on the 22nd of March and got my biometrics request on the 7th of May. I got married on the 28th of April and wanted to modify my express entry profile and add my partner's name to the application. However, the Modify Family Information button is missing from the account summary section. I was following the following link -

Am I doing something wrong? Is there any other way to modify my application?

You can't modify your application once it's submitted.
To add your spouse, contact IRCC via web form and they will reply with instructions to follow

CRS is not recalculated for changes after e-APR.

My current situation is that I live in the US on H1B and my girlfriend lives here as well on H1.

probable date of submitting ITA - April 2020

We both are planning to get married by end of May 2020.
That is when I am thinking of making an amendment to the application

My Questions are-

1) when I add a spouse, do I need a new PCC for India since I am travelling from US to India post eAPR?

2) do we have to provide Ielts/wes docs for spouse? Also, how much time do they give to submit it all since, she needs to get PCC from India and US?

About Point 2, no need for spouse IELTS ECA if you are getting married and raising webform after AOR.
I have similar plans too.

Not sure about pcc as you are on h1b
