Mark sheets verification for the second time.

Hi,
My mark sheets have been verified once now WES has sent verification email to Mumbai university,Kalina for second verification.

I have been to Mumbai university, Kali a times for several times and they are willing to verify only my 5th and 6th semester mark sheets and are refusing to verify my 1st and 2nd year marksheets. They are making me run pillar to post for this second verification.

Please help and guide how to get through this.
