I NEED GUIDANCE . I HAVE 2 YOUNGER TWIN BROTHERS , BOTH ARE INTERESTED FOR PR IMMIGRATION .NOW THE PROBLEM BOTH ARE FACING REGARDING THEIR MARITAL STATUS ARE AS BELOW


ONE BROTHER IS UNDERGOING MARITAL DISCORD & WANTS TO FILE A DIVORCE CASE . WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM IN HIS PR CASE IF DIVORCE CASE WILL BE CONTINUING IN THE INDIAN COURT. IF YES , THEN HOW TO DEAL WITH IT .

MY OTHER BROTHER IS NOT HAVING THAT MUCH OF MONEY SO THAT HE CAN APPLY FOR HIS WIFE IMMIGRATION , SO CAN HE COME ALONE NOW ????

Dear..for your brother who is having filing divorce, should go alone for applying Canadian PR. Though he will obviously mention his status as Married if formalities of Divorce not done before application, he needs to simply update VO with change status once he gets the court order. No problem

For your second brother, he can apply solely. No problem in that. Once he gets his PR, can apply for his family.
