hello everyone..just need your assistance for my working permit application. I got my LMO and i am about to fill up my application but I have some problems in what to fill up with my marital status. I am married but already separated from my husband of 3 years and I have my 2 years old daughter. I don't have any communications with him at all.
My concern is what should i put for my marital status. Should i still declare that i am married or can still put as single since in my passport i am still using my last name. PLease advice me on this situation.
