Eligibility did not start yet.
Conestoga college September intake, Classes starting on 28th September.
Also contacted IRCC through a web forum on August 20th. Received response that the file is under processing
Already have one rejection as on February 14th. Reason- Not satisfied that I would come back after my studies.

I filed visa on June 12th, medicals approved by August 6th from then I didn't get any update yet. My classes are going to start by this month end
