March 2024 application from Mumbai for a visitor visa. No update on file yet.

Hi There,

We applied for my mom's visitor visa to Canada through an agent on March 27th and the file hasn't been opened yet. She has a Canadian visa which expired at the end of April. Looking to get some estimates on timelines for anyone waiting or who has received their visa invite, please.
