Sure, here you go.

Inland sponsorship, PR-common law
Submit: 2023-03-15
AOR: 2023-04-13
Background check start: 2023-04-13 (not sure)
Medical exam request: 2023-05-04
Medical exam done: 2023-05-18
Medical exam completed: 2023-06-09
Eligibility completed: 2023-06-16
pre-arrival services email: 2023-06-17

Background check is still in progress.

No additional progress.
I have approximately the same timeline. I can already see the COPR document issued (starts with a T) with an expiry date of May 3, 2024, but no email yet with the final decision. Everything is marked as completed on the tracker.
On GCKey it says:
"Latest update:
Final decision - June 19, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

I guess now I have to wait for the portal invite?

Not sure if there is a certain timeline for Background checks. It varies case by case. My Background check has been In Progress since October 2022 (Inland, Mississauga CPC). Some people posted their timeline with Background check done within a month or two

Seriously? It takes forever!
I'm expecting to receive it anytime since 5 weeks ago when I got my pre-arrival letter.
Fingers crossed for us to get it soon.

It might take really long time, might not. Depends on many factors (which nobody knows except IRCC). As an Inland applicant, I received my pre-arrival letter within 4-5 weeks after the application submission. It turned out the pre-arrival letter was not very useful for an inland candidate and did not mean that the decision was coming soon in my case. Fingers crossed, you can get through all this much faster!

Some updates today!
Eligibility completed June 15th (in the PR tracker).
Also, today we got an email to confirm they had received the CSR we sent them by webform about a month ago.

Hi guys, anyone with with eligibility not started? Applied in march 3rd, still nothing
Basically, you need not keep eyes on Eligibility because IRCC reviews this only using a couple of days. For example, while Eligibility might not begin today, it could be finished by the following day. On the other hand, the Background check is typically the lengthiest stage, potentially lasting several months.
