"Completed" in PR Tracker.
June 28, 2022: Eligibility status updated to
"Completed" in PR Tracker
June 28, 2022: Pre-arrival Services letter
June 28, 2022: Background verification status
updated to
"Completed" in PR Tracker.

We haven’t received any such email yet which states that it has been transferred to another visa office.
At which stage will we receive it?

Does anyone know if there's such a thing as holiday period at IRCC? Looking at all the trackers, the last month or so has genuinely really slowed down across all streams...?
