I created an account on GCKEY but not able to link my application. Has anyone been facing such a problem.
We have our AOR, Medical done and biometric done, so is the background verification completed.

Is it normal I am unable to link my application?

Depends whose email address was used while creating the online account. In my case sponsor email address was used and they have got the email requesting for biometric and medicals

Hey! We got our AoR in early June, sent our CSQ application straight away. we got csq aor last week, and they taken the money too.

Thanks for your reply. Mine is paper application, from your reply my understanding is request will be to one of our email not by postal?

If paper based i guess you will still be expecting email , i don't think IRCC send letters on these matters. So let the PA know to keep an eye out for the email. Also trying linking you account through online system so you can get updates .
