Hi, my oath ceremony is for next Monday the 6th and I still haven't received the email with the details... what should I do? who should I contact and where? any suggestions

Just be patient. You will probably get it today or within the next couple of days.

I am new to this forum. My timeline is:

Processing office: Niagara
Application sent: March 22
AOR:April 14
BG check competed: Oct 27
Test invite: Feb 17-Mrach 9

I've a question. Do we have to book the time slot for the test or can we take the test anytime on any day between these dates including weekends?

Second ques, is there any online app or website you'd suggest to practice test questions? Any paid or free apps?

I used https://www.citizentest.ca/ . I did a practice test and failed (they probably set it up so we all fail lol) so I paid $29 for access to the whole thing. Ended up getting 20/20 on the real test. You end up learning way more than you need to because the practice questions literally cover every paragraph in the guide but you just never know what the test questions will be. If you are good at studying and remembering many details on your own, you can save the $. I thought it was worth every single penny. Also, you can then impress (or annoy) people at dinner parties with your fantastic knowledge.

how did you know your Oath ceremony is scheduled on 6th, if you haven't received an email? just curious to know

I checked my online tracker, the info is there, but they send an email with all the details about the ceremony

Hey, it seems it has been happening to everyone who has their oath in a week or 2. Don’t worry, you should be able to access your tracker after your oath. Good luck and congrats!

I have been watching the forum, and my tracker, daily for the past month. Watching as applicant after applicant with similar timelines out of Vancouver office got their invitation. Thought maybe I was going to be rejected - but nope! I got my invitation email today! huzzah! Was so busy at work I didn't even have time to check my tracker, got the email first.

Not everyone gets a request to submit all pages of the passport...its random.

I don't think so. I remember sending my passport for the eligibility period when I submit my application online. I did not see any instructions in the test email.

Totally feel you. My last 3 months have been like this and I don’t know what else to do. Last updates were test completed on November 1st and Background completed on November 10th. And this showed on my profile with the December 16th bug update. I am completely hopeless

Yes, this is as expected. The access gets stuck/lost in the weeks before oath and then it will work only after the oath.

You are not alone. I am in the same boat. I completed my test on November 25th. Nothing since then. Our timelines are similar. Online application, Scarborough. The website says 4-6 months to get the Oath invitation after taking the test. Good luck.
