I’m also a March applicant and I got today my oath taking for February 15, 2023. I didn’t receive any email yet but my tracker updated today (Waiting on you) and the citizenship ceremony is showing “in progress”. I am a Vancouver applicant, hoping that on Feb 15 will be a video oath because I live in the North!

I had an interview, and the result was I needed to submit more information. Currently waiting on the US CPB to provide records of my entries into the US.
I made a FOIA request for that information back when my initial application was rejected with “ unable to confirm time in Canada prior to PR” I wonder if they will accept those results or if I will have to make that request again. It took 3 months to get results the first time.

Hi All,
Can someone please share one good site to practice for citizenship test. One which may have the practice test similar to what is asked in the actual exam. There is an information overload in this regard.
thanks for your help.

Hey Folks,

Hoping to get your advice on something.

My citizenship application is being processed by the Vancouver office and on Jan 23, 2023, I got my Physical presence, Prohibitions and Language Skills status updated as Complete.

Based on the replies above and the spreadsheet, I should get the Oath ceremony in 3 weeks or so- which is great! There is one hiccup-I recently got married and am going to Mexico with the wifey on Feb 19th for a week. I am getting super nervous as the oath date will likely be before that or in that week. Any advice on-
1. Should I try to reschedule the oath if it comes before or in that week?
2. Is first vacation after covid/honeymoon a silly reason to request postponing the oath ceremony?

Most of the expenses are non refundable and we are looking forward to the break for months now- any advise is hugely appreciated!

LPP to Oath Letter may be 3 weeks and after that you may get close to 2-3 weeks for the actual oath. With that logic it will be in March by the time your vacation would be done.

Hi, this might help as my Language/ Physical and Prohibitions were marked complete on Jan 23 as well and my timeline is quiet similar to yours. Just this morning my Oath ceremony was marked in progress, and the date is March 3! So it's safe to assume your oath will be a month or more from now if that helps. Below is my timeline:

Applicants: Single
Application sent: March 21, 2022
AOR: April 14, 2022

Status updated today (dated January 25th)
Got my oath ceremony scheduled for March 3rd 2023!
Wow what a coincidence, I have the same exact timeline :D I hope it's an in person ceremony! Get the certificate right away and be done with it. I checked the Oath Schedule on IRCC website, but they only have dates going up until Feb 17 as of now.
