for context, moved from Hamilton to brampton. Will my file move? I suppose they have up make the decision

I had all my status changed to completed on Jan-16 and ecas shows Decision made
When is the next oath date ?

Don't think this will trigger any movement. Had you moved to Ottawa or Montreal it would have.

There are multiple processing office like Scarborough, Mississauga in this part. So it could but I am not sure if they will.

IMO they would not bother transferring files for your change of address to such close proximity.

I moved from Mississauga to Milton and don't think my application has moved from the Scarborough office.

If you are Online applicant, how do you know when the Decision is made?
I got all green except Citizenship Ceremony but application status still shows as “in process”. Will this change to “Decision Made” before I get the Oath Letter?

For online applicants, you can infer decision made when Language, Physical Presence, and Prohibitions (LPP) are marked as complete. This is equivalent to the ECAS "Decision made" status
