Called IRCC . they said eligibility not yet started . Background check in progress. Is it possible? . Because whats the point of checking the Background of a candidate if he/she has not passed their eligibility ? . Any comments on this will be really appreciated. @legalfalcon ?

Called IRCC . they said eligibility not yet started . Background check in progress. Is it possible? . Because whats the point of checking the Background of a candidate if he/she has not passed their eligibility ? . Any comments on this will be really appreciated. @legalfalcon ?

It's same for me. I called to day and they informed medicals and criminality passed and processing the back ground check. they have not started the elegibility.

same as you guys, AOR 20 mar and no update since April 7, 2021. not even GU

Anyone applied for a TRV recently and how long it's been taking to process. Online processing estimates is 190 days from inside Canada. I am guessing the actual time is much lower.

I have applied since Jan 29,2021 and not recieved anything yet.
