Mine also in same boat, BG shows same, when. I called they told eligiblity check is going on, background check Not finished,

Query 1: Is my file moving in a good pace?

so far, it's been two months, is it too early to call IRCC by phone to ask for application's status?
Should the eligibility part purposed to be done for two months of time, or it should take longer than two months?

I think that is worth calling after 2-3 months and if application reaches the 6 months mark. Just avoid calling a lot. They keep a log and they can find suspicious.
I have similar timeline but haven't received any update on website, have you received all this update on website as well...Does it say that 'Eligibility passed' ?
