Hm... cant really remember but 1-888-242-2100 - Press 1, then 1, then 2, then 0..
you have to listen for the first 3 minutes for some general info before pressing.

Mine too. I really don't think this VO is working at all. I mean you all guys have been waiting since March.

My Application is also in security not started state in Ottawa VO. I think this VO is focusing on applications in AUg 2020 now.

I triec calling at 8am and was connected by roughly 8:45 am, if the call hangs up, just dial again..

Call them back2back, once I called them almost 8times before getting to call back option

They will tell you approx wait period, and yes they do call back...maybe +/- 5min

Is it possible to have eligibility in progress and criminality- passed? I thought that was step number 1

You can upload via web form... make all paystubs as one PDF file and upload them in web form...

AOR March 21. Did Biometrics on May 4 and it was updated the same day. No GU's or any updates since May 4.

when your work permit expires? if your work permit expires very close means, your PR file will be slow until your extent your work permit.
