I received email today regarding “Invitation to Pre-arrival service”. Is it common to everyone? Secondly, what is webform actually for? And , how to get a link and fill it? Can we use webform for Biometrics?

WEBform is a webpage to UPLOAD things like docs, not Biometrics.
Congrats on a Pre Arrival it means there will be NO Interview. Spouse is OK to come but a delay can still be expected.
Can you share your timelines with us please?

Hi, Is the PA from India?
What was your visa office?
Did you receive any AOR-2 if you are from CPC-OTTAWA.
Thanks in advance and sorry for spamming you.
Even my application received at 23rd March 2020

Any March 19th got AOR 1? Me still waiting!
For March 19th, there are 9 people still waiting according to the sheet, but, only you and one other has actually been online in the last few months. Most of the sign in names that are still left on the sheet for March 19th without an AOR don't actually match an account.

You could have had the misfortune of just ending up with an agent who is very slow or who has a large backlog, but, most for March 19th have already received AOR. If your sponsor is in Canada, they should try to call and see if there is at least a temporary number or something.

Hi guys,

Help!! Here is my Spousal sponsorship timeline:
(Sponsor in Toronto, Spouse outside Canada)
Applied: January 10, 2020
App received by IRCC: January 16, 2020
Biometric done - February 15, 2020
Medical done - February 21, 2020
Application moved to New Delhi processing center - March 02, 2020
Estimated time provided for completion - Jan 16, 2021
% completed - 83% so far.

Is it only my application or are there other people who applied sometime in Jan, Feb or March 2020 facing a similar issue? Its so frustrating not knowing what is going on with my application.

Also, I heard that IRCC is expediting visitor visa process for immediate family members? Anyone else gone through the visitore visa process for their spouses while the sponsorship process is ongoing?
My timeline is almost the same and no updates so far. Just had a ghost update on oct 21. Please let me know if you get any update as our timelines are same. Thank you.
