March 2019 Student Permit Applicants

Hi All,

Anyone here who applied for student permit last March 2019? My timelines are below and unfortunately passed processing times as indicated on the CIC website for my country which is 6 weeks:

- March 4 2019, lodged online
- March 5 2019, got biometrics letter
- March 7, 2019, done with biometrics
- March 20, 2019, medical passed
- April 1, 2019 to present, reviewing eligibility

Is it a bad sign if my application passed processing times?
