MARCH 2019 APPLICANTS: Please share your application Timeline. Thank you

Hi everyone, I did not really see enough information out there on Applicants applying only for PR without OWP and about a couple key questions I had before I sent my application. Also found conflicting answers almost everywhere. So I`ll share my case, please let me know what you think:

I have been living only in BC Canada (Vancouver) since 2010 (Student + work permit). Currently on a PGWP for 3 years so I did not need to apply for OWP either. Since I have resided only in Canada the whole time, from what I understand I did not have to send a Police Certificate/Criminal Record Check along with my application. Is that correct?

Application Received: March 21 2019

You can check on the website if you have to submit a police certificate. I believe inland applicants still have to send one; either up front or after requested depending on their country of origin.
