Yes, i submitted everything in detail. We both are divorcees but we had a traditional wedding and legal wedding, no reception though and we did state that in the forms, my wife stayed in BC for almost 9 months on visitors and we have every little detail and pictures attached, my trips to my wifes country. Our Viber communications records, skype, FB, Our joint accounts, and we both are beneficiaries of each other policies, i provided all little details.

Keeping fingers crossed. I miss her you know. I am sure we all do miss our spouses.

Just apply online. It's very quick. You will request for it as a Canadian/PR on behalf of your wife. So you'll need the IMM5744.

You (sponsor) will sign for section C.
The applicant will sign for section A.

You can scan the documents and save onto a pdf file. You'll also need to scan your passport or an i.d that proves you're a citizen or pr of Canada. You'll get the result back within 30days.

We're still waiting! My wife called VFS in Makati earlier today for tracking and they said the embassy still has her passport. We're hoping to get it this week.

My lawyer emailed them yesterday, they replied back in 15 mins. My husband did interview September 13 ( outland family sponsorship) and we still dont have any answer, they replied saying ( see below) its been 5 weeks now and i feel so angry with them. You guys think ill receive something soon?

Great news!!! COPR came in Oct. 20th!!!!
My husband's PR was approved on Sept. 30th ;D
The letter was sent out from the Paris office to our Immigration Lawyer in Canada on the Oct. 11th and was received by him on Oct. 20th.
Our application was received on March 29th, 2016.

Now to pack and tie up loose ends to leave Spain to start our next chapter in Canada!!
We hope to be in there to celebrate Christmas with my family this year!! ;D

Looks like Paris office applications are moving along!!
