its not express entry... i applied skilled category thorugh pnp. paper PR.

I applied Feb 2016 with a paper application and am still awaiting a AOR. I am wondering how much longer it will take as well because I need this number to be able to send my background check to them. Anyone know how to get information on this process?

people applied in August got File number in november. and what background check you are talking about.
