If everything is good with your FOIA report, i would suggest just send it it will help them process ur case faster and make decision easier.

In my case i had issues with FOIa report itself, so was waiting to collect all documentation to support my case. And collecting info for anything that happened 2-3 years back is not easy. Even the bank statements, phone statements nothing is available online for more than 12 months ago. I had to call companies to send statements for particular days. They charge for each statement and on top of that they don't send it in email, they use Snail Mail to send.
Thank you,

Thanks Smile_canada,

i did ordered the FOIA report back in Dec 2, 2015 and i just got it today and it has all the entries, i highlighted the two entries that the CO couldn't find the stamps for them, i did already mailed all the documents (including my bank statement, lease agreement.... as alternative) and i was thinking that the FOIA report will take longer (i94 it wasn't showing all the entries), the question is should i mail he FOIA report or it's better to wait and see if they ask for it?

Thanks,
In my case they explicitly asked for the FOIA report since I submitted the I-94 records and the Canadian entry-exit report during the interview already. The literally said "NOT the I-94 records". If you have the FOIA report and you feel they are concerned about your residency, send it right away. It seems that the I-94 is not good enough for them.

Yes, that's what i was thinking to do because the CO did not ask specifically for the FOIA or i94 just exit/entry record of movement from USA, and the i94 wasn't good for me either it has a missing entries.

Thanks,

Hi Everyone,
Been lurking but decided to post because my experience might help someone.
This is my timeline (Edmonton)

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 17, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 28, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on June 11, 2015.
4. We sent you a notice on October 20, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on November 3, 2015
5. DM: Dec. 12th 2015
6. Oath: Hopefully soon.

I had sometime between test taken and DM because at the interview, the officer said she needed to confirm my entry/exit with CBSA even though I waited 4 months until after I had made my residency requirements.

My advice, Go with your ATIP to make things easier. I am so ready to be a citizen already!!!!!
