I'm confused now because originally you said you had received the AOR by calling them. But now you are saying you recieved the UCI on Friday and then you called them.

He got his AOR in email, and when he called he got his SA.

We just sent our application to Mississagua on March 24 and got confirmation from the courier that it was signed for at 9:00 AM on March 25th. It was down to the wire since my wife (a Canadian citizen) is sponsoring both myself and my 21-year old son (both US citizens), and my son turns 22 on March 27. We've been married for six years (lived together in Canada for the first three years while my son attended high school on a student visa) and we have a 6-year old son together who lives with his mom in Canada. I drive up there every weekend to see them.

Keeping our fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly!

Updated my info, no 18

Congratulations!!

I have another question! My husbands application will be processed at the Ottawa visa office, and he his a US citizen. If there are any "problems" with the application or they want to review it more it would be transferred to the Seattle VO, right? ( that's the visa office we chose ). I have seen some posts on different forums where applications just process in Ottawa and others that go to a VO down in the states..? Anyone know what the factors trigger an application to me transferred?

Also, we applied for an extention on my husbands visitor visa. Anyone else had to do that, or how long it takes Vegreville to get back to you with a decision? Thanks :)

I just wanted to double-check that I'm looking at the right locations for processing times. My wife lives in Canada and she is sponsoring myself and my son (living in the US) as a Family Class-Spouse and dependant. We had our application couriered to Mississagua, and from there it will be processed at CPC-Ottawa, correct?

I added myself to the spreadsheet. Hoping for good luck! Aussie processing times have appeared to be pretty quick, hoping that happens again.

How do you add those timelines (Category-Visa Office-App. Filed--Med's Done-etc) beneath your name on your profile?
