March 2014 AINP PR application submitted to Sydeny, NS CIO Tracker

Hi Guys,

I sent my RCMP Check and RPRF fee in July, my status got updated in September and it says In Progress with the last update as We We started processing your application on September 9, 2014.

My Medical was done in April 2014.

Any ideas how long it takes, a friend of mine submitted her RCMP check a month before I did and she got her Request for Passport in about a month after she submitted the passport.

we don't know at all, it totally depends on them lol


we are seeing abnormal delays from FEB/MARCH applications and we don't know why they delay us this much. Feb applicants are supposed to be landed right now and March applicants should be waiting passport back if everything goes as before.

I have to go out of country in mid January to Europe.... i have booked tickets too... dont know whats gonna happen.... hate this waiting time...

Hello Every one Just today I got my GCMS Notes which was applied on last month Sep-30.

In Assessment Section it show like this

Eligibility : Passed
Security : Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality : Passed
Org, Criminality:
Medicals : Passed
Misrepresentation :
Other req:
Final :

That means for most of the in process application it will be like this & I dont have the idea when the CIO officer will start the security Assessment of the file & when he will be going for final stage.


My Application details:
Applied on March 24 ,2014
Medicals & file number On April 28
RPRF Fee June 5
In process on Sep -25
Waiting for DM

I think I should apply and check the actual status of the file as my file is in process since sept-11.

Thanks for sharing the info! is your friend March applicant as well?
I am asking my MP to check my status so I will post update as soon as I hear something from them.
I think it will be tomorrow/next Monday.

I have sent my application to CIO in April. I have provided my credit card no on my application and they got $450.00 out of it. Now I see this RPRF Fee in this forum? what is that? Is it the same what they got already? If not how should I pay it?

RPRF is another landing fee to pay for your landing visa

Just ordered GCMS note since after a month would be good time to check if I don't get PPR by then..

I got a reply back from MP's office and they tell me they only can process inquiries about status of application if the processing time has passed 17months
and I have sent another email to other MP's office with my friend's address and they don't even answer lol

did you got your IP ?

it usually takes a bit more then one month to change to PPR.... I think waiting is the only key.
