A lot of people tend to update their profile along the sidebar so people don't have to always go trawling through trackers - especially when you actually don't have a link to the tracker in your signature in the first place

Also if anybody can advise......
I had my lawyers email address when I filed my application.... Later I sent a letter to cic advising that all email communication shud be sent to my personal email.... I recently received my GCMS notes ....it's mentioned that they received the letter & the signature match with the sign on application.... Is there any possibility that they wud have sent any notification to my lawyer???

My lawyer messed up my application & I don't want her to receive anythg..... Wat do I do.....please help!!!!!
My app was recvd by CIC on March 7 & I got my file number on April 16.... Nothing after that.... Is it ok coz I am seeing ppl who applied after are receiving some notification..... Earlier I thot it's bcoz the Noc (1221) I used... But vik1112 has a similar NOC & he got today... I am nervous.......

To answer your question, yes I do have a child as my dependent.
Did you see if besides letter receipt confirmation GCMS notes also had the updated personal email address in the communication section?
I think it all depends on when the officer, who your application is assigned to, gets to it. I wouldn't be nervous just yet. I honestly did not expect to hear anything from CIC until mid-end of January next year.

I hope the whole process of landing went smooth for you. Many many congrats.
Please let me know a piece of information:

Due to some personal reasons, I will need to wait for some months before I can do landing at Canada-US border. My question is how long I can wait to do landing after receiving passports back from Ottawa. I know Ottawa tells that to the candidates when returning the passports.
Fom CIC: Usually, the expiry date is one year from the time medical examinations were completed.
Does it mean when I did medicals (15th oct) or when CIC received (25th Nov)?

I am holding back on sending passports (I have 60 days for sending PP as mentioned in e-mail) also because I don't know how much I can wait before landing.

With respect to your comment, I am a March applicant and like to discuss/ address my concerns on this thread. Also that was a follow up question to aquaero after I congratulated him/her.
I appreciate you replying to me at other thread but I have noticed you pointing this same comment to others at many occasions. Having said this, I am not going to take this argument forward.
