I just looked at the spreadsheet for March and wow, they are all waiting under 90 days!

not sure how you came to that conclusion because i am from march and it been 90+ days for me and still have not heard anything from cic so i guess its not all march people

I sent an email to LA last week to inquire about our case and this is what I got back from them:

Dear Applicant:

If you had a Permanent Resident file in process in Buffalo, it is in the process of being transferred to the Case Processing Pilot Office in Ottawa. If you have been requested to provide further information or documentation for your file, it is recommended that you wait for 6-8 weeks before sending this information to:

The "Cons" idea of fixing the immigration system is to lay people off, close offices all over the place, and give the Honourable (haha) Mr. Kenny authoritarian powers that have the immigration department sooooo f _ _ ked up that nobody really knows whats going on.

at least that gives us more hope

from about march 6th to the 15th/16th seems to have been started and most aor/approvals came from ottawa.....not the mississauga office....apparently mississauga was so far behind some files were shipped to ottawa...and just from what has been posted here we have figured out march 5th and up to at least the 16th have been ottawa.......february and the first few days of march some to be stuck in the black hole known as mississauga...... :'(

Ya it would be great if they finished off that missing week they had form the end of feb beginning of march. I think we've all been more than patient!
