Hi

My wife just finished her studies, when i sent application, i didnt include the last year marksheet/transcript since she was still studying.
now the file is transferred to new delhi. should i send the last year marksheet/transcript ?

also when i check ECAS, the india address is missing "state" (province) ...it has city and the country and postal code ....should i bother emailing/contacting them to correct the address ?

Oh that is amazing news!! After long delays mine was only sent out yesterday but with your good news i feel relieved... My lawyers say that CSQ doesn't affect the process and that some only hand it in went the visa is ready to be issued...what a waste of time that step is all for the quebec government to receive a share of the immigration fees...they'll take any money they can get!

Yup! Quebec government didn't do ANYTHING for my wife's case. We didn't even need to prove our financial capacity! You also don't need to hand the CSQ to the CIC, they will take care of it (as written in the letter that came with the CSQ).

Hello!! I wanted to let you guys all know that I called CIC today because after learning my file was still in Ottawa last when it was suppose to be going to LA I wanted to check again!...Here is what I got...Ottawa is now finalizing all applications from the United States... Only the Visa will come from the Visa office our approval letter stated.... So if they tell you that they can't see your info in the system ( for the US only) then they are full of it! So I am hoping they are speedy with the decision making!

LOL it had nothing to do with the wedding certificate at all. It was his medicals and I had filled out one form incorrectly. They gave me a self addressed label with an officers name so when I send it back it will go directly to him/her. Will have everything back to them by the end of July so I will be back in process by then. Such is life.

hey Chickie72, good luck with filling out everything! but with an officer name and all forms completed, you will get the approval in a day! and you know that you won't have to go back to the end of the queue...
