HI GUYS,

All yes all of you, specially my old friends of the forum.

I was really discouraged, by CIO's decision. But it was not about reapplying and other stuff. I really get upset when something is unfair. And in my case it was unfair decision, and it was overlooked also. Now you have spent damn a big lot of time on all this application preparation and then waiting for the decision, months go like centuries, Results are NER DDAAMMMMNNNN.....

UNFAIR ER.

I never give up unless I reach my target. But why we reapply every time and do not think about the reason to this unfair NER and the solution to nip it in the bud.

I sent an email and fax at the same time explaining all my situation after my case was refused.

I got this reply just right now.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your request has been forwarded to the officer for review. Please allow sufficient time for this request to be actioned.

Thank you.

I hope this time they will put an experienced and competent person to review my file.

oh my dear wicky. I so hope they will take it under consideration and change their unfair decision.

And please, please, please never give up!
1st: because we need to meet up in Canada and have a drink (you buy!)
2nd: because I will send you kisses when you will get your AOR!


@teaspoon: as you can see from the spreadsheet we do have one member, deby, who got MR on the 5th of July. His application is moving extra fast!
For all the rest of us I think it will take a bit more time, since we are all RBVO, not even In Process....

Reading your comment "since we are all RBVO, not even In Process...." was a sort of respite as my e-cas status has been RBVO since 11 June (it has been exactly 1 month from now)

For a while, I though I am the last runner but seems there is a big group besides me and I am not alone!

Hi all,

im phani , im a march applicant sent my docs on 8th , and received by cic on 14 th.

and after that got a file num starting with Exxxxxxxxx.

and after two more months recently 2 days back got one more number stating UCI num- with 8 numbers " xxxxxxxx "

So after getting this UCI , i checked this num in ECAS , but the same thing Eligibility review complete is showing in ECAS if i give the UCI

may i know what is the difference between immigration file number and Unique cllient ID number.

Plz any one clear my doubt

naved and I went to RBVO on 9th may (about 62 days ago0 and we are still waiting for the ecase to tell us smthing different. also it has been over 3 months since we got the PER

@ mr_rana, yes for sure you are not the only one. There are many of us at the same stage in this forum and even more like us outside this forum.

No kidding now, I just wonder... all those thousands of people who are also in this process how come they don't register in this forum? It is the most informative and populous site regarding Canada immigration. I'd expect much more participation... How do they get informed? They don't look deep into it or they just enter as guests in all sort of sites etc... hmmmm...


@ spicysank. As you can see my dear friend here it's still all the same. No one is moving fast right now. Can't wait for the IP shower to start. Till now we were all at the same time-frame. But now unfortunately we are taking different paths, as our VOs are not the same. Curious to see the big differences we will have from now on to our processes....

@canada100....62 days since RBVO ans still waiting? Then I better keep quiet and put my curiosity aside for next 1 month
Seems MANILA is a sort of express mail....running over 200Km/hr while ours is moving at snail's pace!

Better use green font, so when a spreadsheet-admin sees your post, he/she will add you there.

It used to be mostly on Tuesdays but now not really...

I saw some people's e-cas changing on various days. Mine e.g. changed to RBVO on a Saturday morning.
