Well, I don't want to sound discouraging but...Buffalo VO? According to the spreadsheet and to the official CIC processing times, it's one of the slowest VOs with an average of 21 months of processing times.
From what I see in this forum, you are even lucky that you got RBVO in such a short time. Unfortunately FSW2 instead of being processed faster, as it should be, they are being treated with doubt from VOs, because there were some fake cases in the past. I also agree that FSW2 should be processed faster cause an employer can't wait for ever, but this is not the case when it comes to the CIC. Your problem is not your NOC (which doesn't affect the process) but Buffalo

I really wish you the best, but you should have in mind that it's a time consuming process. Live you life as you already do, till they ask you for MR. After MR start planning your Canadian future!

Hey guys, sorry for late show here, I have been quite busy at work and preparing the required documents to send to VO, I sent all yesterday and looking forward for next step.
Guys and girls lets make this thread move faster, I see June applicant thread moving faster than here, they are ten posts ahead while we are three months ahead of them,

Do they take long time to process my application, then Present NOC list application?

One thing that I noticed is that the benchmark of the processing time also lies on the application type ... i.e. MI1/2/3 or the pre-2008 application. NOC are irrelevant after that. While waiting be sure to be prepared as well. Try to read information sites such as this Migrating to Canada site. It will help you on your pre and post landing stage. Goodluck!

I agree with you but bottom line, does the number of posts describes the "quality" or importance in the content of a thread? Trust me, if I would really want (and if all of the rest of the people in here also wanted) we would have 200 pages by now.
e.g. Now, I could easily reply to you and prince in different posts instead of one. More counted posts for myself and more posts in this thread. Sorry but I don't believe in it and I'm not running a race against anyone here, or proving my value with post numbers. I only care to get my visa, and maybe if I am informed enough to help some people along the way, the same way that some people helped me when needed.
But if someone else feels like it, I also don't mind at all reading "thank you" "congratz" posts... everyone is free to do whatever he/she wants.

p.s. Hi spicy! I will give my best to login to chat at some point...I think of it often but always with time-pressure and I hate this feeling...

Jacky! Congrats first of all. I totally agree with Thalia.We can easily spam it and make it to 3000 pages. Quality guy...QUALITY...not the QUANTITY... We are here regularly to read through not for too many thankss and congratsss. Wait for it.....cograts are gonna pour in so much very soon the moment we reach the stage of MR. Then you'll be tired of scrolling down the page searching for any real queries and information. Sometimes even virtual wars etc that made me sick of a page sometime back. so I request you join our mission of posting once atleast to keep it afloat. Thanks.

Hi guys how is it going. I had been very busy for last 3-4 months.

My application was not reconsidered. I sent them another email about my original documents and I got this reply:


"Dear Sir/Madam:

Your original documents will be returned in due course to the mailing address you provided below.


All returns are sent via regular post to the mailing address you provide. There is no tracking number. Requests for other methods of delivery cannot be actioned. Once a document package leaves our office, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service and is beyond the control of this office.

I am waiting for my documents to be returned and then I will apply again.

The Processing fee refund policy is now changed and fee is not refundable even if the application is incomplete, for applications after 28th June.
My application was refused, will I get a refund or not.

Applications for cooks are only about 130 up until now and I will apply by the end of this year.

Congratulations to all those who are progressing with their applications.

i would like to correct your statement :
The Processing fee refund policy is now changed and fee is not refundable if applicants get NER....previously, applicants who got NER got processing fee returned.

however, incomplete applications will be returned with processing fee

I filed on 28th March 2011. 0631. status remains the same... no change. But, my address disappeared.
