Been busy days but finally able to spend few more minutes in here. But I always kept an eye on what's new, so:

and where is spicysank?
This thread has become a bit silent. Maybe we should start like most of the other threads. One person will write about his updated status and 10 people after him will say "congratulations" and then that person will write 10 "thank you" ! hahahaha......
Hey Thalia its nice to see you regularly in this forum...
Actually i have been silently watching this forum for a few days and due to shortage of time i dont reply.

Hi Thalia, Reynold, spicyank

Please guide me

I am FSW2 applicant (with AEO) of may 2011 from Buffalo visa office. My E-case status is RBVO since mid june.

My job offer is for an Accountant(NOC #1111) which is no longer in present NOC list.

Does it matter for processing my application as specially processing time?

appreciate your guidance,

Thanks

As you are FSW2 applicant, you are in no way affected by the cap. Surprisingly, FSW2 applications are equally taking longer. Good luck! Mandie

Surely look forward to good news soon for all in this thread.

Hi lucky13
welcome to the thread!
Well, I don't want to sound discouraging but...Buffalo VO? According to the spreadsheet and to the official CIC processing times, it's one of the slowest VOs with an average of 21 months of processing times.
From what I see in this forum, you are even lucky that you got RBVO in such a short time. Unfortunately FSW2 instead of being processed faster, as it should be, they are being treated with doubt from VOs, because there were some fake cases in the past. I also agree that FSW2 should be processed faster cause an employer can't wait for ever, but this is not the case when it comes to the CIC. Your problem is not your NOC (which doesn't affect the process) but Buffalo :(

I really wish you the best, but you should have in mind that it's a time consuming process. Live you life as you already do, till they ask you for MR. After MR start planning your Canadian future!

Hi Mandiebraxton,
Thanks for your reply,
But still my occupation is not in present NOC list, my question is that as my occupation (1111) is not in demand in current labour market so
Do they take long time to process my application, then Present NOC list application?

Thanks & Regards,
Have a nice time
