@ ras. thanks you so much hun for your wishes. All of us here deserve the best of luck and I think its about time to start receiving IP status soon!

@ canada100. I'm not quite sure that it has to do with nocs. At least it doesn't seem like this to me. Do they really separate the applications they receive daily, according to the nocs? Or they just process randomly?
Bottom line I hope that they don't discriminate among occupations. Unless this is the guidance coming from the ministry and we have no clue of it. Hope not! :)

Thalia may be there is really something wrong going on in Rome VO. I feel sorry cause your case really is going too slow, considering that you are under the new MI too...i just hope you see some movements on you case soon.

I am planning to apply for FSW from India.
Has anybody applied using Public Provident Fund (PPF) account statement as "proof of fund"?
Is it acceptable?

Sorry to say, but NO....PF is not considered a proof of Fund. You need to show liquid cash in the form of bank accounts or Fixed Deposits.

Thank you very much for your wishes Reynold. :D
It's also weird that lately we see no much movement from NDVO, which was considered a fast one.
Is there a chance they decided to work on backlogs first? Seniors around here say no, but still, things are indeed moving slow....

not only NDVO, even manila VO is slowing down as well....regarding backlogs, im not really sure, but i think they would really prioritize the post june 2010 and those that have medicals already...

Congratz Sam. Fingers crossed you'll get PPR request soon!

And Reynold to get the passports back with the visa. You will be the first and only March applicant with a visa on the hands for the next few months! When are you planning to move?

Hi Guys,

My agent just sent me, He received an email from my VO that thay asking for new PCCs, and they didnt ask me to do the Medical Test. is that a good indication? as they didnt send the MR with the PCCs request.

Wish you all the best

Hi Spicy,

You are right, even my status is the same. RBVO for the past 2 and half months. I received my AOR just a week back dtd 17th Aug. My address disappeared on Aug 18th and was back on 24th Aug and received my AOR by snail mail on the same day(24th Aug). From then there is no update from NDVO. I am keeping my fingers crossed and waiting to hear from NDVO. Let's hope for the best.

Regards,
Prathima.
