I paid the fee by Demand Draft, so I cannot check whether they have charged me or not, let me wait till the end of this month and see what happens.
My Visa Office is London please share your Visa Offices.

cant u ask the bank who gave u bank darft whether urs bd is encashed or not?? I asked my bank they told not encashed yet

Do you know about your Bd or CC charged or not, I have send mine 18 march, I don't know yet whether they received my application or not.I send mine application with normal post, now think that was the biggest mistake I have done in my life. Keep touch.

it takes 5-7days to reach cio canada if u sent it via express cu like dhl,fedex etc bt it will take atlaest 15 days to reach canada by normal mail.coz when I appled 1st time my application was incomplete and they sent it back on 19th january I got it back after1month 8days,they used normal mail to sent it back.what is ur noc.whts th cap situation of ur noc

count 30 days max..from 25 march max...to have PER if everything is on track...

app received 24th march bd isnt encashed yet.its second time I m trying as my 1st one was returned as it was incomplete as my wife form wasnt filluped shedule1 and add in form.which bank did u used for dd I used a bank tht hav no branch at canada.

Seems I am a bit late but never mind as I am also one of March applicants with following status:
Application sent: 04.03.2011
PER Received : 11.04.2011 (Almost after 40days)

I hope it'd help other to guess arrival of their PER.
And in my understanding (& feedback from forum members), PER issuing time has become much shorter now.

one of my frnd got per after 29 days he applied 14th march dd encashed on 25th march per email after 29days

u can go to ur bank and check if ur bank darft is encashed or not,though bank darfts are enacshed within 14days so u can check ur bank.its 20 days my 1 isnt encashed yet.if ur bd is encashed plz let me knw

Hello All,

can anyone help please!! i have completed all the forms but yet to dispatch as i am yet to take the language test. i will have to wait till june to take this test as all the slots have been taken. My question...Do i go ahead and submit form to canada without the language test. i would like to submit my form before the next immigration review. anybody been in my situation before?

dont apply without ielts result when I got my application back 1st time for incompleteness there was a format whwre they highlighted my mistake,there was 1 point ielts it must b general not academic

could you please give me the phone number for Royal Band of Canada, where did you applied from and issued your BD,

I got issued my BD from National Bank of Pakistan but it was endorsed to Royal Bank of Canada and when I rand National Bank they were unable to provide me any information.

I found the number for Royal Bank of Canada, rang them, asked them about BD

BUT,
They could not verify that, and told me to contact the bank where I got the draft issued from
And my draft issuer bank says we have no information, call the RBC,

Then the representative for RBC gave me the number of Revenue Canada Agency and advised me to contact them,...
Who are they RCA???
Do I call them. Will they be able to verify my international bankers draft?

If I were you I would call the headquarters of my bank and DEMAND an answer. This is common with many banks as I see in this forum. They try to avoid looking maybe cause they are bored or maybe cause they don't know the process, if they are new employees.
All of us who got a reply about the cashed out date we got it from our local bank, not the Canadian bank. So call them, hear no excuse, get your answer. It took my local bank (of a small city up on the north, not even headquarters) 5 minutes to tell me the date when the BD was cashed out.

Once you have paid for the service the other side of the picture

Who are you???
We have no business with you??? OR
You are no more important for us?????

I phoned them again (my local band) but looks like they are uneducated people and do not know what they are doing.

I asked him whether the draft is cashed or not but he replied we have refunded you draft didn't you receive your money.

Good luck with waiting... that might take some time.
As long as everything goes fine then it doesn't matter.

Weird they behave like this at the bank. Isn't it your bank? I mean you are a customer there, right? Maybe you can make a try to call the headquarters, insist to talk with an employee who handles cheques in general, and then I hope you will get your answer.

You are no more important for us????? in my opinon as i do for my bank try to obtain the e-mail of the bank that issued the draft then send e-mail to them asking them but dont forget to give them the number of draft ,date of issue and the place u send to then they reply u coz they cant ignore any e-mail that send best wishes and i wish that ur bank was encashed and get per soon
