Manitoba PNP - SWO Category

Manitoba reopened their new PNP which I think same thing as earlier except they are planning to allow a significant number of skilled worker.

My position to apply for Manitoba PNP remains same - since I don't have any family member/relative/friends in Manitoba or other canada. So I have to depend on Manitoba invitation (the same requirements as before).

Now so far I know there were no recruitment mission in Bangladesh but wondering how exploratory visit EOI works.

Does anybody has any previous experience regarding exploratory visit EOI?

Conclusion - considering the above fact I can't submit the EOI for MPNP. Right?
