:-[ almost 8 months but still have'nt receive my LOA. I am under SINP skilled worker applicant.

I assume you are from India, try to find on internet a website forum where indian people are talking about canadian embassy in india to take from their experience , go to the website of canadian embassy in india then download and read processing times in india. I think they will process and begin your application from march. they doo not care about your deadline time, just try to apply before it.

a person on another forum applied 4 october 2010, recieved his LOA on Feb.14 ,2011 . he is from UK . that means they are processing so fast thee days .

Just an update guys, we've already sent the application package yesterday via DHL. It will reach CEM by Monday. Our waiting starts here. Hope the processing will be fast. Good luck to all of us! God bless!
