[Manitoba Mpnp] When can my spouse enter canada?

Hi. guys. I have a question.

Right now, I am working with a working holiday visa and soon will apply for Mpnp.
I am married, but my spouse is not in canada since she does not have a visa.

So, I wonder when my spouse can apply for the open work permit.
She will apply for it outside of canada. Then, after getting the permit, she will come to canada with the permit.
Is it after approval of mpnp or after applying for PR?
Please, help me.

Hi. Since it is last year's post, you had certainly applied for MPNP with your spouse. I have the same question as of now. If you are able to see my reply, could you please help me with an answer based on your experience? How can my spouse enter Canada once I file MPNP?
