Hi All

Just wanna ask anyone on this forum. Strict ba talaga ang period (i.e. within 60 or 90 days) na bininigay ng VO for submission of POF or PCC. Or okay lang ma late for 1 or 2 days.

Im still funding my bank and baka ma-late ako ng submission for 2 days lang nman

strict sila. don't risk it. or you could ask for an extension kaso with a good reason syempre. e.g. for PCC sa US matagal tlaga processing ng FBI etc.

Pls dont take any risk of late submission. You've waited long enough for this moment and you're very lucky enough that CEM took their time to process your papers.you can send explanation letter regarding your late submission of PCC coz its reasonable in many cases but when it comes to POF I dont think they will give way to your reasons. In our initial application,POF is one of the basic document that CIC requires and they are very strict about that.CEM sometimes have doubt about the sources of these funds thats why they require at least 6 months of bank statements and they have ways on investigating if its really your money or not. If i were you,i will submit everything at least a week before deadline for them not to doubt anything about your papers.Just continue praying and hope you'll get your visa soon.God bless.

Thank you so much "dohcmike" for your quick reply and concerns on my query. . . You are right, I waitd long for this. . . I just asked the questions just in case, I think I will be able to submit my POF on time.

Thanks again. . .
