I am under FSW. i received my medical instruction October 19, 2010 and paid for the PRPRF October 22, 2010.
My initial med exam- November 4, 2010. MR sent- November 24, 2010.

For few months now, plagi ako nagbabsa dito s forum nyo, and its a big help tlga dahil dami info dito.
