Hello Guys!! its been awhile since i last visited this forum!
I just want to congratulate everybody who has Good News.

i just want to share my Experience noong "nag-aantay" pa ako katulad ninyo..
i know that.. sleepless nights, minsan paranoid pa nga, at wala sa sarili... i couldnt do anyhting, i cant help but wait... everyday rin ako nag ch-check ng mail non, and everyday naka log-in sa forum to have an update.. PARANOID PA SA ECAS STATUS UPDATE. HEHEHE :P

Pero TRUST in HIM lang talaga.. if God puts you to it, He'll see you through it!!
nung nahawakan ko ung Passport ko with the VISA i stared at it for so long, & yes i cried, i even kissed it. i remember PPR(passport request) palang ako nun nag pa-book na ko ng ticket after 2weeks i got the so precious Maple leaf..

Pag sakay ko sa airplane on my way here, sabi ko sa sarili ko.. "this is it! thank u Lord for the New life"
Sobrang worth-it ang pag punta dito sa Canada.. wala kayong pag sisisihan. Toronto is very welcoming.. very clean city, very diverse, cosmopolitan.. THE BEST 'ika nga. unlike other US cities that i've seen, Canadian cities are relatively clean and Peaceful. Canada really is one of the most liveable country in the world. & so i congratulate everyone who chose Canada as a country to live in. Mabuhay!

and so the story goes... upon arrival to YYZ(Toronto Pearson International Airport) again, i got emotional, thanking the Lord again at the back of my mind. I'm Here!! i'm here in my Dreamland! feeling ko pinanganak ulit ako.. everybody is very kind... just like any other immigrants i'm worried about the immigration thingy.. but everything went smoothly, narinig ko na rin ung HInihintay kong "WELCOME TO CANADA!" i was just smiling the whole entire time...

Sa simula, ma-ho-home sick ka talaga, u will miss everybody and everything in the Philippines, but you have to accept the fact that those were just the things in the past... you have to explore your new country, explore the things which Canada has to offer you... (Upon arriving, the first thing you have to do, is secure your SIN)

kasi parang ganito yan, think about it this way.. you are about to start a new life again you start at 0 .. the beginning is always the hardest, but nobody said that hardship is gonna last forever. parang pag aantay yan sa process natin na magka visa.. eventually everything that is supposed to happen will happen. its just about Having FAITH. minsan maiisip nyo, ung mga bagay na peron kayo dati sa Pilipinas, ung iba maiisip pa na "sa Pilipinas may bahay at sasakyan ako, ngaun wala"... :sa Pilipinas ganito ganyan... dito ganun, ganyan." pero eventually maiisip mo din na "ahh. i have a better life here". . "Sa Pilipinas ganito ako, ganito trabaho ko.. dito ganito lang ako." oo, sa umpisa mahirap, mahirap mag hanap ng trabaho lalo na pag wala ka pang Canadian experience..minsan paranoid ka nanaman kasi wala ka pa trabaho., but take it easy.. 1-2 months mo dito feeling Tourist ka muna explore everything, and Adopt it!! basta keep in mind na Sa SIMULA LANG MAHIRAP. you have to work your way up. tayo lang din ang makakagawa ng Magandang future natin. Good life is how you make it! Dont worry, so far on my experience, walang crab mentality dito. everybody is equal.
Mapapansin nyo lahat ng nawala sa inyo sa Pilipinas, babalik din yan pag dating nyo dito, hindi nga lang agad-agad, pero babalik din, sabi nga., God will never take anything away from you without the intention of replacing it with something better.”
WALA naman tayong magagawa, mataas talaga ang cost of living dito...aaminin ko kahit ung ibang tao dito, mostly go to USA, cross the border para mag shopping, especially sa buffalo, as we all know di hamak na mas maganda ang economy ng Canada kesa USA. Ibang iba na talaga dito, never look back when you compare Philippines to Canada. its like comparing a ballpen to a pencil, parehong panulat pero completely different..
and a piece of advice para sa mga Dadating dito ng Fall.. ung sweater jaan sa Pilipinas, pang bahay nyo lang, as in sa bahay nyo lang magagamit... summer here is relatively warm, but spring and Fall is very cold, imagine yourself to be inside the freezer which has the temp. of 0 and below.. yes ganoon ka lamig. so be ready. :P

So Goodluck everybody!! Canada is waiting for you!!!

Salamat sa inspiring words. kaya tayong nag hihintay pa "keep the faith".

CONGRATS pala sa naka VISA na. susunod na kami, yey!

Congratulations to all who received their passports.

sana sunod na po kaming lahat naghihintay ng PPR....
for almost two weeks hindi po ako nag read ng forum and i feel like nawawalan na ako ng hope .... but after reading po ung mga post ninyo iisa po pala ang nasasaloob natin.... yes indeed its a test of faith..... lets us all hold on to it and pray ... pasasaan ba at darating din yan in Gods perfect time....

(God answer prayers in three ways. God says yes and gives what you want..God says no and gives you something better. God says wait and give you the best.)
got the Quote from a friend.... sana maka inspire po sa ating lahat.

Thank you bentenueve! God bless! ;)

I observed that all the members received their passports with maple leaf thru DHL .We sent our passports (PPR stage) last July 2,2012 but until now we haven't receive back our passport with Visa..7 weeks have already passed. Anyone from you who had the same experience? Thank you very much.
