requested to pay RPRF.
Should I mail receipt to Manila or can I email the receipt (pdf file) to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca.

Thank you

The preferred way to send documents to Manila has been courier,
But I don't see why It can not be e-mailed, since what matters
is when the payment is uploaded to the system, having by courier
or e-mail would not make any difference.
But what is true is that sending using both means is not advisable.

If you want you can give a call the CIC calling centre for any further advise,
Phone Number is:

Yes, you need to send all documents and the passport at this moment by courier.
Keep the tracking number to be able to know when the documents were received.
Normally they ask for passport and further documents in the same e-mail, specially
Appendix A.

Hello everyone! I need your help. ;)
I(to be sponsored) am currently working on my application for spousal sponsorship. I noticed a conflict between the country specific(Philippines) checklist/ Appendix A with the Document checklist (IMM5443).
They have different spousal questionnaires.
My question is, which checklist should i follow for my application? I am currently in the Philippines.
Do i need to include both?
Am i correct when i say that Appendix A is for spouses/partners living in canada and IMM5443 is for those within canada?
Any help is much appreciated. Smiley Smiley Smiley

You just need to focus on the documents checklist in the country specific "Philippines"
IMM5443 is just for reference, you don't need to use this one at all... no need to include both
you are right, IMM5443 is for spouse/common law partner living in Canada.

Advisory of marriage is what you get from the NSO when you ask for your CENOMAR after you have been married.
