Ok so idiot question of the day.....

I am looking at the spread sheet, and looking at the Date for PPR and the date for COPR/Visa; the difference between the two dates is the waiting time to get the Visa back in hand, correct? That may seem seem like an obvious question, but I was just going over the spread sheet trying to average out how long it generally takes.

thanks!

Correct. The COPR is when your wife gets her passport back with the visa in it and her landing papers that get authorized when she lands at the border.

There are no dumb questions......there are only Canuck fans.......hehehehehehehehehe

I think it usually takes one month or less ... For most people. 13 months if your name is Tagum

People who got their PPR at the beginning of may are starting to get DM now.

But with the strike going on who knows...

Live in caregiver? Is that what an LC2 is?

LC2 is for the dependents in the live in caregiver program.

Hey! I used to resemble that remark :( but after so many years of watching these guys just wait for golf season here, the shine wore off of them for me. I have not heard or seen a game in a couple years now, and I was religious in listening to them on the radio, and kept full stats of the league for the hockey pools and such. Now not so much, NASCAR is where it is at for me, I dun'no, something about watching cars go around in circles, and only being able to turn to the left is just mesmerizing for me.

Got introduced to it by my ex (she was an American) the racing stuck, her not so much. ;D

Maybe if you learned to watch your ex go around in circles she would not have become your ex.....

Baseball had that affect on me. After the strike in the 90's I just lost interest. Hockey and football and gold remain my sporting interests. Even some MMA is cool to watch.

Hmmmmmmm, maybe.......naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :D the present missus is a much better catch ;) not a day goes by, where I don't miss my wife, I don't think I would of had the patience to go through a two year ordeal of being bogged down in paper work, and stuck at someone else's whim, with anyone else. My wife always had the right words at the right time, to either get me passed being frustrated and pissed off at some bureaucratic yo-yo, or to lift me up when I needed a boost. Hopefully I did the same for her.

Now I can't wait to get bossed around in Tag, not having a clue what she is saying, and just nodding my head and smiling. And watching her get even more pissed off, and wondering why the hell I am smiling at such a time :)
