Hmmmmmmm, maybe.......naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa :D the present missus is a much better catch ;) not a day goes by, where I don't miss my wife, I don't think I would of had the patience to go through a two year ordeal of being bogged down in paper work, and stuck at someone else's whim, with anyone else. My wife always had the right words at the right time, to either get me passed being frustrated and pissed off at some bureaucratic yo-yo, or to lift me up when I needed a boost. Hopefully I did the same for her.

Now I can't wait to get bossed around in Tag, not having a clue what she is saying, and just nodding my head and smiling. And watching her get even more pissed off, and wondering why the hell I am smiling at such a time :)

I bought the Rosetta stone for Tagalog. Not cheap that's for sure. Its ok but nothing beats being taught a new language than by those who speak it.

THERE IS ONLY "COPY"

1. Doing a pic should be as simple as clicking the "Insert Image" button (next to "Insert Hyperlink" above).

2. Go to the image you want to link.

3. If you are using google to find the image, then click the "View original image" and then copy the URL and paste it between the image tags.

4. If you are getting the image from a webpage, you should expand it (otherwise you may just get a thumbnail) and then click "copy". "Copy shortcut" doesn't always give you a usable link.

Ok stupid question, the CFO stamp, the missus has done the seminar, but still needs to get her "stamp". Is this just a matter of going back to the VO and getting her passport stamped, and she is good to go? or does she need to present anything else besides her passport and receipt/paper work from the seminar? Ie: does she need a booked airline ticket in hand as well?

Oh and for those keeping count, she got the passports fired off to the VO, will be delivered tomorrow via Air 21 to Manila, just have to wait for them to be returned now :)

From the CFO website...
1.Original and photocopy of Passport;
2.Original and photocopy of visa
3.Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary for US-bound emigrants (except for K visa holders);
4.Original and photocopy of Confirmation of Permanent Residence for Canada-bound emigrants;
5.Original and photocopy of Certification of Eligibility for Japan-bound emigrants;
6.Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate;
7.Duly completed emigrant registration form; and
8.Payment of the authorized registration fee.

Canadian-specific items are bolded.

Ok so idiot question of the day.....

I am looking at the spread sheet, and looking at the Date for PPR and the date for COPR/Visa; the difference between the two dates is the waiting time to get the Visa back in hand, correct? That may seem seem like an obvious question, but I was just going over the spread sheet trying to average out how long it generally takes.

thanks!

You can use the averages at the top of the sheet and subtract the ppr time from the visa time for min/max/average or 80% and for either all data, this year, last year or rolling 12 months. This year is obviously 0 since no one has a visa let alone a ppr.

you will be prepared! :o

Wow, 45 pages is a lot to write "still working...". Maybe it's like the NSO paper? :P

Thers nothing there to say why she is not got her visa,,,,,most of the work was donr on it in early 2012,,,,,they keep saying they sent letters in august 2012 about 2 questions which they finally emailed to us in feb2013,,,,,,,nothing going on this year except them reciving the docs from us on feb28

I think they lost the file,,,,some VO has it to review,,,,maybe he is out on stress leave for 5 months now,,,,they said no interview reqd,,,,,,,that I was checked out for soponsorship after it was in manila for any debts owing from previous sponsorship none,,,sponsorship approval,,,,,only concern was the biological father of the child, who was not on the birth certificate,,,,and if my wife knew all about my relation to my ex commonlaw partner

I think you should take that to your MP and get it moving. Tell them to either approve it or deny it so at least you can start to appeals process. There is no excuse to sit on any application for this long unless there are serious issues.

Or maybe the file is so heavy now no one can lift it. They are waiting for someone to bring a pump-truck from shipping to move it.

So there is nothing in process or pending in the various sub-departments?
