I wonder why they'd spend time sending those emails when in fact people already know about COA, it's just causing some confusion to others. they should have just work their butts off responding to emails (especially to Tagum), and working on stamping the visa on our passports ::)
 
But the CFO seminar is not the same as the COA seminar so maybe people don't know. I didn't, and apparently Steph didn't. The CFO is for pay, COA is free. And they are in different locations. And CFO is mandatory while COA is not.

yes it confuses us....lol with all those excitements everything is a crap lol
 
The site asks you to reserve a seat. To do so it is asking to fill out a form to get an email reservation. They ask for your file number, so definitely done through CIC/CEM.
