I wonder why they'd spend time sending those emails when in fact people already know about COA, it's just causing some confusion to others. they should have just work their butts off responding to emails (especially to Tagum), and working on stamping the visa on our passports :

The seminar is not mandatory,,,, all you have to do at the airport is to say you are not going to live with them,,,,you are just using them to get your visa,,,,,so any one who didn't get their seminar,,,, use this line at the airport been there done that,,,,they will let you board the plane ,,,,,also a 100US dollar bill will help too

That's it, the spider broke the deal! There was a spider roaming around by my desk days ago. I proposed that I will leave him alone to eat any bugs he can find, if he stays out of my sight. Dumb spider started doing laps on the wall by my desk earlier today and just ran across my desktop! One warning, two, three... Freaking spider! We had a deal!!!

But by this time I have grown attached to the little bugger. So I trapped him and will release him outside later today.

Just can't trust spiders. Now centipedes know how to keep a contract!

The site asks you to reserve a seat. To do so it is asking to fill out a form to get an email reservation. They ask for your file number, so definitely done through CIC/CEM.

It's freeee! Their problem is they didn't use the world AVAIL as in AVAIL of your FREE seminar!
