The corn here is the best in the world.. we get it ripe from the fields in August and September. Something about the climate not being too hot in the summer lends itself to really good corn. I can't wait to show my guy how good corn can really taste! Yum yum yum.. our native dish here is boiled corn rolled in butter, BBQ salmon freshly caught, and grilled baby potatoes
