Maybe if you mention that the GCMS does not show the new meds but says "pending meds". If you give the dates they were done. Maybe they could check to kick an officer's ass to match them up for you.

BTW, I just shook my head at this wording in your decision, "On a balance of probabilities,"...I just hope the officers never failed stats in school.

People can pass statistics?

Probably 50% of the time... I just hope they are not sitting in the office flipping a peso...

Yeah, I would have to pay Dad out for that ticket, so better I spring for a roasted pig and make sure his flight is after the Sting concert 8)

Anyways, reading the notes, to confirm my theory, the day that they decided that we passed eligibility was the day that my ECAS changed to "in process"

So anyone that goes in process has passed eligibility?

That's been my theory the whole time, based on the spreadsheet, looking at how 'in-process' pertains to interview (always after), additional documents (usually after) and remeds (usually before).
And now I think my GCMS has proven it!

However... it then took a week to issue the re-medical. Unless it was issued at the time and not received.

So "In Process" essentially means "In Process of COPR"

Cheers!

(Btw... Cheers is literal these days... Yet another bottle of JD added to the pile... This makes 37. I wonder if cem would take that as evidence if they ever asked... Oh wait, scratch that.... I need the deposit money to help pay for remed)
