Sorry I'm a little schitzo. After 40 pages of chinese in the GCMS notes I came across the imm officers notes. It was music to my ears!

"I have reviewed the application and documentation before me. Met at work onboard ship. PA is married in the Phils, evidence of uncompleted annulment on file and explanation for difficulties in completing annulment. Spr. has visited. Evidence of correspondance, joint communication and finances (discarded) and photos on file. Satisfied meets threshold for Conjugal partnership. On a balance of probabilities, I am satisfied that the applicant is a member of the family class as described in paragraph 117(1)(a) of the regulation. Eligibility passed. Pending meds."

Congratulations :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Congrats.....That's good news!

Just need to get those meds now.....which, in my opinion, shouldn't be such a long wait as the doctors office will contact the patient if there are any issues....no contact = medical pass which should equal quick visa!

Now I'm really curious as to when you get your visa...that will be a clear indication of meds processing.

WOW congrats Steph... That really sounds like you are in the final moments. I guess it is time to start looking for flights :)

My MP's assistant just replied to me that she will inquire about the application. Should I tell her we're just waiting on the meds? Or just let her inquire and hope they scramble for them in CEM? I'm worried she will not inquire if I tell her I know what's going on.

I know, I felt like wearing a geisha get up and lounging on an ottoman with a fan. Isn't that what Concubines do?

I mentioned in my email that we may be in the final stages based on the document requests.....but we fear that they may take their sweet time mating up with our application upon receipt. (of course much better English than that)

So....I'd say it....it basically tell CEM to mate your meds with your file....then issue COPR

I think you should tell her the remed has been done, and now its just up to CEM to acknowlege them, b4 the visa is released, she can ask them if they have them

I would just let the MP's assistant do her job. Maybe mention that you are waiting on the meds like Luckyman says

I mentioned the meds and the GCMS results. The thing is, I really need their help. I'm sick of seeing my MP stand up for every weird immigration case and not my own.

Equal access Steph. That is your entitlement to your MP. They get paid lots of money and gets lots of perks. I would not feel sorry for them in the least.

Maybe if you mention that the GCMS does not show the new meds but says "pending meds". If you give the dates they were done. Maybe they could check to kick an officer's ass to match them up for you.

BTW, I just shook my head at this wording in your decision, "On a balance of probabilities,"...I just hope the officers never failed stats in school.

I agree... they are elected officials to help you. This is suppose to be their job.
