I just want to share the ff. piece of information from the CFO website regarding PDOS.'Hope this helps!

IMPORTANT NOTICE
NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED FOR CFO PDOS STARTING DECEMBER 1

Effective 1 December 2010, Filipino emigrants do not need to make prior reservation/appointment to attend the CFO Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) or Peer Counseling session in Manila.· However, reservations made on or before 30 November 2010 will still be honored.

The number of attendees per session shall be limited, so emigrants are advised to come to CFO at least one (1) hour before the start of the orientation session. For clarifications, please contact the CFO help desk at (02) 5631965 or (02) 5618321 loc 103-104.

hey m2canada, pano ka nagpa sked ng PDOS? i couldnt get through the online reservation. sa coa naman i tried din pero wla pa daw sila sked for jan 2011. :-X :-X :-X

dito ako dati ngpareserve http://reservation.cfo.gov.ph, kya lng ngaun ang lumalabas yung IMPORTANT NOTICE.nklagay dun na reservations made until november 30 will be honored pero hndi nmn na yata pwedeng mgpareserve. yung confirmation nmin came from this email add: pdosreserve@cfo.gov.ph...try mo na lng mag-email...good luck!

hey m2canada, pano ka nagpa sked ng PDOS? i couldnt get through the online reservation. sa coa naman i tried din pero wla pa daw sila sked for jan 2011. :-X :-X :-X

Ang naiisip ko at the moment na differences e Ung isa e bibigyan tayo ng Action Plans (what we should do while still in the Phils.), meron din one-on-one discussion, magbibigay din sila ng companies/websites sa atin na pwede natin applyan while still here. The other one will show us the realities of life in Canada, madaming ipapakitang video presentations of immigrant's life in Canada, me groupings din kung sino-sino mag migrate in similar provinces tapos meron konting brain storming, kung madami pa time magsasalita din ang banker from BPI at tsaka this other seminar has free am & pm snacks (c/o Goldilocks, super yummy pa). Thank you Canada. Super dami ng matututunan in these 2 seminars. Thank God at merong mga ganitong klaseng seminars provided to us for free. Best regards! :-* :-* :-*
