Hi,
I have a confusion about managerial and professional noc codes such as 1123/ 0124 (2016 NOC). One of them is manager, other is more jumior.
After 4 years of business analyst experience, I pursued my career as an assistant product manager and then senior product manager of mobile apps which is 12 years of experience.
Right now, I work as a mobile app product manager in Canada.
I have always been responsible for the product itself but never supervised a team (as a mid-level manager) and this was the responsibility of the vice president of the product team.
While I was promoted from assistant manager to senior product manager, am I still not considered a manager based on the NOC system?
As an additional description:
Product Managers are responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and everything regarding its production.
Thanks in advance.
Best
