Main Applicant - Family Circumstances

- The main applicant is a female with 3 children all below 16 years.
- Wants to immigrate and enter her profile in the Express entry .
- She had a difficult marriage life but she is not a divorcee.
- Her husband is not divorcing her and has left the country.
- three children's live with her

Question is can she apply for immigration without her husband ?

She will be main applicant with 3 dependents but her marital status is married and her husband is not available.
