We are about to mail our application. There are some waiting time however before we are able to pay for all the fees. My IEC visa runs out on feb 11th and if we send off the application on feb 5th (say we send it priority and get them to sign it as soon as they receive it in Vegreville AB) would that still be alright i won't overstay or anything?
