Im a Canadian citizen and my husband is from Jamaica.. I sent my application from Jamaica and it said it has arrived but it's nowhere too be found .. is this the problem why they can't find it is because I send it from Out of country???

No I'm not and I feel sick as hell.. I can't even eat.. I weighed myself this morning and lost 6lbs since last week.. I just wish this was a nightmare and I miss my husband badly.. and I'm stressed even more now because processing times have past my application date...
